STEP 1:  Individuals or businesses may receive a dollar-for-dollar matching tax credit each year for up to half of your total Missouri income tax liability.  To estimate your liability for this year, you may work with your tax professional or look at line 36 of your last Missouri tax return and calculate half of that amount, or businesses can consider redirecting two of their quarterly tax payments.

STEP 2:  Reserve your MOScholars tax credit here and select Herzog Tomorrow Foundation as your Educational Assistance Organization (EAO).

STEP 3:  After reserving your tax credit, make a donation to the Herzog Tomorrow Foundation for the amount you reserved.  Herzog will email donation instructions within one business day.

STEP 4: Once your donation is processed, the state will issue a tax credit receipt to be filed with your 2026 taxes.
