The Mission Behind the Herzog Tomorrow Foundation

In 2021, the Missouri legislature created MOScholars, a scholarship program where contributions to approved Educational Assistance Organizations (EAOs) are exchanged for dollar-for-dollar tax credits. These EAOs then distribute funds through scholarships to students from low-income households or with individualized education plans (IEPs). Families use these scholarships to cover the costs of tuition, fees, and expenses at accredited private schools or public schools outside their attendance area.

Of all state-approved EAOs, the Herzog Tomorrow Foundation has the largest network of school partnerships and the most experience

assisting Missouri families and students. With MOScholars support, students can receive $6,375 in scholarship money to attend an accredited private school of their choosing. The additional tuition availability allows schools to open their doors to more students. And supporters get tax relief while bettering their communities at the same time.

We continue to further our mission by growing our connections with supporters, schools, and families around the state.
